Dear McDougle Community,
I am honored to introduce myself as the new principal of McDougle Elementary and become a member of this wonderful school community. Although I am new to McDougle, I have been a member of the Klein Family for 5 years. I have most recently served as a Dean of Instruction at Kaiser Elementary.
I’m a student-focused leader and believe in working together for the greater good of our learners to foster excellent learning environments and high expectations for every student. I’m excited to begin collaborating with you and our wonderful staff and continue building success upon McDougle Elementary’s strong foundation. Together, we’ll help our students reach their fullest potential by creating a thriving culture focused on excellence for all!
I am grateful for your support as we work together to develop the promise in every student as they find their purpose. Please stay tuned for communication from me this summer so that I may have the honor to meet you all and share our back-to-school information. I’m excited about everything we will achieve together and can’t wait to start an incredible 2023-2024 school year with you and our McDougle Lions!
