Bearcubs of the Week
Alina is a pathway explorer in class. She is always willing to work extra hard to increase her understanding. She is not afraid of getting further clarity on assignments in order to succeed in her studies. She is always polite and helpful to her fellow students as well as her teacher. Corbin is a pathway explorer. He diligently works on his studies and displays the expectations of a Bearcub through his behavior. He is dependable and a mentor to his peers. Charlotte is a continuous learner who is consistently on task. She demonstrates the skills of an independent learner by asking for help or clarification. She proactively reviews our daily directions and begins tasks without prompting. Charlotte assists others in class as needed and consistently follows the Kleb Cub Matrix. Minh is an independent learner who consistently models on task behaviors and asking for assistance. He is an understanding citizen who thinks “we not me” by helping classmates when he is able to. Minh embraces challenges and learns from errors seeking to continually improve. Salma is a goal oriented problem solver. She is innovative, full of ideas and plans that will benefit the student experience. She is an advocate for her fellow classmates and speaks up for what she believes is needed for students to succeed. She is a Bearcub. Gabriel is very self-disciplined and always does his best to complete his assignments. He is not afraid to ask questions if he needs help, but he also knows to use his notes and try to problem solve on his own first. He is always extremely polite and well-behaved and displays a positive attitude. He helps his seat partner and does a great job at trying to explain and teach him rather than just giving answers. Gabriel is an excellent example of a Bearcub!
